It was conducted at MICTTD boardroom by Marine Auditor - Ritang the first time for Maritime staff. This is for Marine business processes to focus consistently on meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. It is expressed as Marine goals and aspirations, policies, processes, documented information and resources needed to implement and maintain within the Ministry.
